In making the decisions for our RallyWays Fiesta ST project car we knew we wanted one the most respected tuning companies onboard. We made the approach and were very much honored when COBB Tuning agreed to work with us on the development of our Ford Fiesta ST.

We trust COBB’s experience in both tuning and the development of performance products. We could not be more excited about this partnership. The best part of it all is it benefits YOU too. Here’s how…

This is no rare custom project — At least the performance aspect of the build isn’t. What does this mean? This means we’re not experimenting with strange setups, hard to come by parts or custom tunings. The bottom line is we are bolting-on an entire COBB Stage 3 package for Fiesta ST with off-the-shelf tuning maps and we’re expecting amazing results.

This is important because it’s not a difficult or mystical process. You could also take a COBB Fiesta ST Stage 3 package and get close to the same results. If you have some wrenching experience, you can even do the install yourself. If you’re not confident, just about any reputable shop can install the parts for you. There are no belts to tighten or engine-timings to screw up. There’s a reason they call them bolt-ons.

These parts are all direct-fit and easy replacement for the standard factory parts.

The COBB Ford Fiesta Stage 3 Power Package consists of:

COBB Accessport V3 – Provides access to the ECU to flash the OTS tunes

"COBB

COBB Stage 3 OTS Map – The tune that goes with this stage 3 power package

Air Intake System – Helps the engine breathe better and provides 63% more filter surface area than stock.

FMIC (Front Mount Intercooler) – Helps reduce heatsoak with a 55% larger core.

Cat-Back Exhaust – This one’s not hard to explain. Everyone loves a good exhaust sound. Just as importantly, the increased flow plays nicely with the new tune. The main tubing is 2.5” stainless steel. After all, the Fiesta ST 1.6L is still a small engine. The tips are 3.5” dual slash cut. It’s all gorgeous as well.

"COBB

Polyurethane Exhaust Hangers – Polyurethane to help make the system a little more rigid. Nobody likes a wobbly exhaust.

Rear Motor Mount – After our newfound power we don’t want the engine slamming into the firewall. The COBB rear motor mount helps prevent this. Not only that, an engine that moves less also tranfers power to the wheels a lot better.

"COBB

Catted Downpipe – Full 304 stainless steel construction. More flow helps turbo spool up faster and more efficiently.

COBB Vehicle Badge – Our Fiesta ST will wear it proudly.

A pile of boxes never looked so good!

Before the COBB Fiesta ST Stage 3 package goes into our FiST we’ll be doing a dyno run to get baseline numbers. Of course, after the install is done we’ll go back to the dyno to see the results and share them with you.

RallyWays Fiesta ST design hint

Oh, one more thing. You see this little picture of our Fiesta ST? It’s the same one that’s on the cover photo at the top. Pssst. This is just a hint. A peek. Only the RallyWays logo placement is true to the final design. We don’t want to let the cat out of the bag yet.
