The car enthusiast scene in Southern California is actually are pretty tight-knit community. As big and crowded as the area is, many of the car enthusiasts around here know each other. You tend to see a lot of the same people and you get used to recognizing a lot of the cars. The Car Culture section of RallyWays is dedicated to the enjoyment of cars as a hobby and a way of life – not simply a transportation tool.
